Shyam Sekhar Menon
Shyam Menon has worked on a range of projects – residential (villas & apartments), commercial (IT Park, sports facility, mixed use development) as well as interiors (residential & commercial). Major roles in projects include, design management, coordination, contracts management, project team lead, design review, code compliance review, municipal liasoning, interdisciplinary coordination and design visualization.
An ardent follower of project management principles as per PMBOK, he has proven track record in managing multiple projects to successful completion in challenging situations.
He has experience in various streams of sustainable design and green buildings strategies under different rating systems such as LEED and QSAS/GSAS.
He is also a visiting faculty at D.G. College of Architecture and Ernad College of architecture, guiding students on design projects, energy efficient design principles, and cost effective construction technologies
Athira Suresh
Athira Suresh has successfully worked on a multitude of projects ranging across Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Design and Project Management in Middle East and India. The key responsibilities dealt with include:
•Leading the design project team on assigned projects to ensure project meets overall objectives, quality and time schedule.
•Participating in establishing architectural space program, detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
•Interfacing and co-ordination between consultants from architectural/civil, interiors, structural, mechanical, electrical and other service disciplines.
•Co-coordinating with client, contractors, project managers and government authorities.
